One of its subsidiaries is VARTA Microbattery Inc. (VMI) located in White Plains, NY. For almost 30 years VARTA Microbattery Inc. has been providing a broad range of OEM and consumer batteries to companies throughout US, Canada and Latin America from its North American headquaters.
